This is an old farmhouse, perhaps over 100 years old. Of the old agricultural annexes, which included: pigsties, chicken coops, the donkey house, the cellar with a mill to produce wine and the oven house… We only took advantage of the winery's mill and the oven. With them we made a single division where today is the living room, the dining room and the kitchen.

This room is a permanent living area in the house. With plenty of light, space, a wine press and an oven (out of service) it is a space that in itself invites socializing and conversation.

The house is arranged on two floors: on the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One double bedroom and two smaller bedrooms with two single beds. The ground floor has 1 double bedroom and a bathroom, protected from the living room.

In total, the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room/kitchen, and 2 outdoor patios. The arrangement of the windows, the living room and the patios gives us an idea of ​​a large room from one end to the other of the entire area of ​​the house. Our patio allows children to play outdoors.

The swimming pool is SHARED with 8 more existing T1's apartments.
