This residence exceeded our expectations. It was conveniently appointed, very clean and located in a beautiful area. Lake views as well as access to the lake lended to a peaceful and enjoyable experience for our family. For our needs, I’d rate this home a 10 out of 10. The host provided thorough information and responded promptly to all questions. I highly recommend.

The six ladies thoroughly enjoyed the house. The kitchen was well-appointed. Supplies, ie toilet paper, paper towels, were available. The view was spectacular and the dock so enjoyed. I did have trouble with the lock but thankfully John answered the phone and helped me! I suggest a lock box where you just punch numbers. The house was spotless. Thank you for a wonderful house to enjoy.

The property was comfortable and accommodated our needs. A bit pricey for just three of us but booked late for a holiday weekend. Appreciated the deep water at the covered dock for fishing. Reorganized the kitchen as it was in a bit of disarray and small for a house able to sleep so many.

I stayed at John's place for a weekend with several friends to celebrate graduating med school! The home was exactly as it is listed and was perfect. The home was clean and there was a ton of seating inside and outside for everyone to spread out. Each bedroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We grilled, swam, fished, and played many card games at the kitchen table. The home was stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, paper products, etc. which made life easier and the paddle boards went to good use! I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit Lake Norman.
