Denna 4 sovrum hem med stort kök och samlingsområden är helt möblerade och redo för dig att njuta av. Du kommer att älska de charmiga funktionerna i detta hem. Två av sovrummen har nya queen size-sängar, ett sovrum har en enkelsäng och en full size dagbädd med en tvilling storlek trille! Ett annat sovrum har en full size-säng och en dubbelsäng. Det finns också en minne skum full storlek bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet och tre rulla ut queen size madrass / sängar ingår mot en extra kostnad. Det finns ett badrum på andra våningen, ett badrum på första våningen och ett riktigt coolt badrum med 2 duschar 2 handfat och en toalett i källaren, tillsammans med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Den ljuva skuggade uteplatsen ger även uteplats och sittplatser. Hemmet ligger inom gångavstånd till Historic Valley Junction, där det finns bra shopping och underhållning. Du kommer att vara nära parker, pooler, cykelleder och Racoon River Park. Detta är en utmärkt egenskap och mycket bekvämt beläget. Room and amenities to feel comfortable

Plenty of space to relax and entertain. 9 of us stayed and all slept well. There was 19 total once family joined for dinners and spending time together. Plenty of room for all!

Nice stay!

Business Stay

This place was a great choice for our work trip. The space was perfect for relaxing after long days. We had plenty of room to spread out and unwind. It was comfortable and convenient for our needs. We would definitely consider staying here again.Plenty of board games to stay entertained as well.

This house was very vintage but had its quirks like any older house does. We had a great stay and was better than a motel. We enjoyed all the antiques in the house also. Thanks for a great stay

Girls getaway

The house was amazing- so many conversation pieces. We played games, watched movies and enjoyed the overall comfort of this home. Beds were very comfortable- bathrooms well stocked and clean!! Parking is great!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Homey and Authentic

We enjoyed our stay, and the host was very accommodating and pleasant. The place was homey and authentic. The shower/tub on the main floor did not drain well. The host had someone come over and work on it. It helped some, but didn't totally fix the problem. Also, there were no outlets in the upstairs bathroom. We had a lot of people getting ready in the mornings, so this made things a little hectic.All and all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend our host.

Great multi-area home for our family reunion!

The property and location worked perfectly for us and provided a fun place for our family to gather at. The different rooms to hang out in was a huge plus for being able to do different activities together and separately. The communication with Jana was fabulous!

A Great Home Away From Home

This property was a perfect place for my family to stay and friends too! All the history that is shown in that home was breathtaking! All the rooms were clean and ready for us! A great game room and bedrooms that were unique in their own ways!

Quiet Neighborhood, Tons of Room

Very pleasant stay. We had a work crew for the state fair and this home was very accommodating. The house has and interesting setup. The kitchen is very well equipped. Fun game/gathering area. Beautiful flower gardens outside. Nice walking distance to Valley Junction Main St area. Lots of room and lots of sleeping space. Host was very helpful.

Perfect location and accommodations for our group.

Perfectly located for our group activities. Fun get away with shopping and sports events. Great communication with the home owners! This was our second time staying at Walnut Place. Definitely will stay again.

Great for family!

This house has 4 bedrooms, two on the main floor. Extra showers and toilet in the basement for extra guests. Fantastic game room as well. The eat in kitchen was perfect for our parents to be a part of the food making process! Thank you for your quick response when we had trouble with the door!

Home was perfect for our group. Lots of room and things to do. Location was perfect for us. Off-street parking was very nice. Looking forward to staying again on a return trip to Des Moines.

Great Space for big groups

The house lends itself really well to a group needing flexible space! I brought a group of High School Speech and Debate competitors to town for their National Competition and there were eight of us total. With minimal moving things about, we all had our own beds and plenty of room. Game room off the kitchen was great for us!

We love this house because it has such great character and fun unique features that have been preserved very well. Original woodwork and hardwood floors. Original texture wallpaper as well as beautiful glass door knobs.

This property has an open room off the kitchen that could be used as a meeting room if people want to have a corporate retreat or a bridal shower. It can be set up with chairs and tables that would easily seat 25-30 people. We have a projector system that is WiFi accessible for presentations.
