Beläget en timme från Omaha i den natursköna Loess Hills i Iowa, har denna nyrenoverade studiolägenhet ovanför garaget ett stort däck och en vacker dalutsikt över min hemstad. Med en queen size-säng, en utdragbar soffa, fullt kök, dusch i badrum, tvättstuga och gas spis, apt. är fäst med en upphöjd däck till huvudhuset, mitt barndomshem, (som min man och jag kallar vårt "Hilltop Hospitality House"). Vi är glada över att välkomna nådiga gäster till detta härliga utrymme.

Perfect Cozy Getaway!

Julie’s place was cozy and comfortable—just what we were looking for. Communication was easy, and she was very helpful throughout our stay. Everything was clean and well-stocked, making it a great spot to relax. Would definitely stay again!”

Julie & Lee were excellent hosts. Very accommodating. I had to request an extension of my visit due to weather conditions. The property was as advertised. Very comfortable with everything I needed. Would like to come back under more pleasant circumstances

Quiet, picturesque getaway!

The Hilltop Apartment was just what we needed for a fall getaway. The view from the picture window was peaceful and beautiful. The accomodations met our needs perfectly - clean, spacious, comfortable, secluded, and quiet, with all the necessaries. The apartment proved close to many parks and byways we wanted to see. Our hostess made it clear we could reach out for help at any time. Late October makes a lovey time to choose Dunlap!

Dunlap Wedding

This property is so awesome.. We were in town from Nebraska for our oldest sons wedding…. We had the house part for ourselves and got this sweet little loft for our other adult son and his girlfriend.. The location is wonderful and peaceful.. We were to busy to get to enjoy the beautiful walking path that we could see..

Fantastic!

This was our 2nd time here and definitely won't be our last. The apartment was super clean, comfy and very cozy, with everything you need. The views are amazing and it's so close to the beautiful Loess Hills. The hosts are really friendly. Highly recommend!!

Great place for family gathering. Kids loved it!

Entire group enjoyed location and amenities provided. The upper and lower deck/patio provided plenty of space for our large family gathering. Kids enjoyed taking the trail down to the small park near the dam. Overall outstanding accommodations!

Perfect Rental

My four-night stay here was perfect. The property was gorgeous, especially the deck and the views. There was even a trail going down to the lake! I felt right at home inside the apartment. I could have comfortably stayed there for four months without any hesitation. Julie and her family were great to rent from. They are truly doing an amazing job with this property!

Great getaway spot

Travelling around Iowa, the Loess Hills area holds a diamond in the rough, located in Dunlap. Julie and Lee Kaufmann were very gracious hosts and provided hospitality that only Iowans possess. Enjoyed their place very much!! Thanks Julie and Lee
