** Las Dunas Fort Morgan ** ligger på Fort Morgan halvön, bara några minuter från stranden, bukten, fortet och golfen! Vårt hus ligger på Rookery-komplexet och våra gäster kan njuta av en vacker stor, nöjesbassäng för rekreationsstil och en tiki-bar, en badtunna och en annan pool nära ingången till komplexet.

Vår lägenhet har 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, en skärmad veranda och en uteplats utanför. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng, det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng, och det tredje sovrummet har 2 uppsättningar våningssängar, en innehåller en dubbelsäng säng.

Rookery-utvecklingen ligger vid milmarkering 6, som ligger 15 miles ner Fort Morgan Road från Gulf Shores. Rookery ligger omgivet av natur och är utformad för att vara en naturlig och lugn utväg. Det ligger nära Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. Bara ett bra område för familjer att slappna av, njuta av naturen, bada, leka och utforska.
Förutom de två poolerna erbjuder komplexet en tennisbana och ett picknickområde med ett par kolgrillar nära poolen. Den största poolområdet och badtunnan ligger nära tennisbanan och det ger också gäst med ett badrum och dusch tillgång. Huvudpoolen är uppvärmd från 1 mars till oktober. Vår fritidshus ligger vid tennisbanan och snabb tillgång till poolen, tennis och grillplats.

Offentlig tillgång till stranden bara en kort bit från Rookery, ca 1/2 mil. Sväng höger som lämnar Rookery, gå 1/2 block och sväng vänster på Cortez. Stranden är rakt framåt. Totalavståndet är ungefär lika med cirka tre stadsblock. En marina, båtbrygga och restauranger finns i närheten. Det finns naturstigar för vandring och vandring, liksom en cykelväg. Fort på Fort Morgan är en annan stor turistattraktion och väl värt ett besök.
Det finns två topprankade golfbanor inom några miles: Kiva Dunes och The Peninsula, och flera inom driving range.

Great little get away

Beautiful Beach Condo

This condo was perfect for our family! It was so nicely decorated and clean! Wonderful location with everything you could possibly need! We spent most of our time at the pool and hot tub! We really enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Pretty house

Great Get Away!

The property was wonderful! The proximity to the pool was fantastic for our kids! (Just make sure to bring bug spray, the mosquitos are huge down there!). The house was well stocked. Seriously, the only thing I thought could have been added is some lamps in the living room. The main lights were bright when trying to get our kids settled for bed. We would certainly consider returning to this property in the future!

Peace and quiet

We stayed at this property for the whole month of February 2022. Coming from Minnesota, warm weather was our number one objective. In short, for the four of us, this property was a perfect location. 5 minutes to the beach, the neighbors were friendly and quiet. The unit itself had everything we needed. Very clean and parking was right outside the building. The owners were very responsive and friendly. the Weather we had couldn't of been much better and the Fort Morgan site was only a 5 mile drive away. We were sad to leave.

Great Family Vacation

The place was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for four adults and four kids. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook most of our meals for 7 days. The property was great. The tennis courts and pool were close and we could walk. Additionally, the pool was never crowded when we were there. We rented the golf cart for the week and it was perfect. We went to the beach almost every day and thankful we had the golf cart. It was close, but would have been difficult carry all of our stuff. The beach access was perfect. We found a spot every day and it was never crowded. I enjoyed how we were away from the busyness of Gulf Shore and Orange Beach, but close enough to enjoy the attractions and restaurants.

Perfect Place for our Family

We had 5 adults and 2 teens and we fit very comfortably and could have brought a couple more people. The space is open and great for hanging out together! Super close to the pool, hot tub, and the beach access is only minutes away! We rented the owner’s golf cart and used it to travel back and forth to the beach! Less sand in our vehicles was a plus! We absolutely love Fort Morgan, it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Orange Beach but close enough to go in for some shopping, eating, or a dolphin tour! Love our trip! Owners went above and beyond! Kitchen was well stocked!

Nice place away from the crowds

The condo was in great condition and very clean when we arrived. It is about 15 miles from the strip in Gulf Shores, but there are several convenience stores nearby for anything you might need. The pools are nice and close by to spend the day, or the beach is just a short drive. We visited Fort Morgan and the Marina one day which are both a short drive away. The hosts were terrific and were very prompt in answering our messages. As others have stated, the Internet/wifi is slow, but it's good enough. Who goes on vacation to play on the internet anyway? Lol Highly recommended!

Great house!

This house was perfect!! Definitely will stay again. They have a golf cart you can rent. It's close to the pool. And an added bonus was the extra window units to keep the house nice and cool. The owners will respond quickly with any questions you have.

My family and I came to Gulf Shores on vacation and fell in love with the area; a year later we bought our condo in the Fort Morgan area. After vacationing in the Fort Morgan area a couple of times a year, we decided to make it a permanent vacation.
We are currently living in Gulf Shores!! We have a house close to school and decided to share our little piece of paradise by the beach with other beach and nature lovers :)

This property offers plenty of entertainment for the family. We have 2 beautiful pools to swim and relax after spending the day at the beach, golfing, hiking or exploring the area. The complex located near the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, so its surrounded by nature.
We are located a short distance to the beach, about 2,5 blocks away. The bay is not far away either.
Within the complex you'll find a tennis court, which is right behind the house and right by the pool.

Short distance to the beach. Access to two pools, tennis courts, picnic area, and a hot tub. Our unit is located really close to the pool area and right by the tennis court.
