Family and Golfers paradise! This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment features panoramic sea views from it's large south facing terrace, stylish and comfortable furnishings throughout, A/C in all rooms, underground parking, large communal swimming pool, and is located less than 2 minutes from the Los Arqueros Golf Course. Situated in the Los Olivos community, the property enjoys a relaxed and calm environment, while being conveniently close to the excitement of Puerto BanĂșs, the beach and amenities!
The south facing property is located on the first floor of the Los Olivos community in Los Arqueros. Through the front door of the apartment, guests will find the doorway to the kitchen and the corridor to the bedrooms on the right, and the living/dining room, with the windows onto the terrace, located in front.Â
Due to the orientation of the apartment and the large windows to the terrace, the living/dining room is flooded with an abundance of natural light. The room is spacious and features modern and comfortable furniture. Along with having strong wifi connection throughout the property (200mbps), the living room TV is also equipped with an IPTV system (international channels). From the living room it is possible to access the terrace, which not only enjoys incredible views of the Mediterranean, but is also well furnished with al-fresco dining table and chairs, and several quality sun loungers. A coal BBQ is also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and utensils expected of a quality holiday property, this includes; fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 3 is the first room on the left following the corridor after the kitchen. It is a large room, offering a single bed with sea views. The next room is the master bedroom (Bedroom 1). This room offers a queen sized bed, also has sea views, and has an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The final room is Bedroom 2. This room shares a bathroom (with shower) located in the corridor with Bedroom 3. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and enjoys mountain views from its north facing window.
Rental of the property includes one underground parking space located underneath the apartment block. The Los Olivos community is fully gated and has 2 swimming pools (1 for adults and 1 for children).
