Villa Highlights

'Lakka Bay View Collection' is comprised of 3 semi-detacheds (Katerina,
Alexander and Thanasis) situated within private grounds. Guests have
exclusive access to 2 private swimming pools, making it an ideal
retreat for large groups who wish to stay together. With a total
capacity to accommodate up to 17 guests, these semi-detacheds offer the
perfect blend of privacy and shared spaces for a memorable vacation.

Living Room
The living room in each villa Features a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi.
Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, offering guests the
opportunity to relax and soak up the sun's rays in comfort and style.

Kitchen
Each villa is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a
toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave,
refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
Furthermore, each villa boasts an outdoor barbecue, providing the
perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Lakka Bay View Collection has 7 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 5 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 6 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 7 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Additional bed available: 1 Single Sofa Bed and 1 Double Sofa Bed.

Swimming Pool
Guests have exclusive access to 2 private swimming pools, making it an
ideal retreat for large groups who wish to stay together.
Alexander has a Private Pool, Width : 8.0m Length : 8.0m | Depth Deep
End : 1.80m, Depth Shallow End : 0.60m.
Thanasis has a Private Pool, Width : 6.0m Length : 9.0m | Depth Deep
End : 1.80m, Depth Shallow End : 0.60m.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
