Villa Highlights

'Androula Villas Collection' is comprised of 3 detached villas (Villa
Charianna, Villa Olivetta and Villa Constantinos) situated within
private grounds. Guests have exclusive access to 3 private swimming
pools, making it an ideal retreat for large groups who wish to stay
together. With a total capacity to accommodate up to 22 guests, these
detached villas offer the perfect blend of privacy and shared spaces
for a memorable vacation.

Living Room
Every villa in the Collection is fitted with an air-conditioned lounge,
complete with a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas,
Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi.
Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, offering guests the
opportunity to relax and soak up the sun's rays in comfort and style,
while enjoying stunning garden sea views.

Kitchen
Each villa within the collection is accompanied by a fully equipped
kitchen, complete with air conditioning and an array of appliances,
including a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher,
microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
Furthermore, each villa boasts an outdoor barbecue, providing the
perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Androula Villas Collection has 10 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 5 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 6 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 7 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 8 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 9 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 10 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. En Suite Bathroom
Additional bed available: 2 Folding beds.

Androula Villas Collection has 9 Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 (En Suite) has shower and W/C. Bathroom 2 (En Suite) has
shower and W/C. Bathroom 3 (Family Bathroom) bath with W/C. Bathroom 4
(En Suite) has shower and W/C. Bathroom 5 (Family Bathroom) has shower
and W/C. Bathroom 6 (Family Bathroom) has W/C. Bathroom 7 (En Suite)

All the Villas in this Collection have their own Private Pool:
Villa Charianna has a Private Pool, Width : 4.0m Length : 8.0m | Depth
Deep End : 1.60m, Depth Shallow End : 1.00m.
Villa Olivetta has a Private Pool, Width : 4.0m Length : 8.0m | Depth
Deep End : 1.20m, Depth Shallow End : 1.00m.
Villa Constantinos has a Private Pool, Width : 4.0m Length : 8.0m |
Depth Deep End : 1.60m, Depth Shallow End : 1.0m.
Additional Information

The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There
is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 30 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
