360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this beautiful new PRIVATE home in Central area opposite Sports Grounds & close to nightlife.
The home comes w/spacious & beautiful living area w/2 sofas and a massive smart TV fit for any occasion.
7 Rooms are available in this PRIVATE home,all w/ensuite, TV, AC & WIFI - Very comfortable single or double beds in all the rooms depending on how many guests.
Perfect for group of friends to study or enjoy the Maltese islands!

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever!
Living area| Sofa, with a TV connected directly to the internet (netflix compatible).
Bedrooms| 7 bedrooms, 2 double and 5 triple rooms, with double and a single bed. All rooms are equipped with Ensuite, TV and AC
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 7 full bathrooms, every room has an ensuite.
NOTE: The home is equipped for short and long stays !

This beautiful property is located in the centre of MSIDA, having all the amenities one would require at a walking distance. This is perfect for a group of friends or just a group of students.
Advantages of this location are as follows:
- Two minutes walk from local bars
- Ten minutes walk from Gzira/ Sliema Nightlife / Bards / Restaurants
- Ten minutes by bus to the famous Paceville area.
The bus stop is just round the corner from the guesthouse making it very easy and cheap to travel ! We also offer 24/7 taxi service from the chat of Airbnb
Very important notes before booking:
1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
