Welcome to our charming Corniche villa located on the seafront in La Marsa Corniche. Our house is located in a quiet, secure neighborhood, a stone's throw from the beach and local restaurants. The villa has a heated swimming pool for winter use, a lovely terrace and a bbq. It comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom in the main villa and a Studio with en-suite shower room. The accommodation has been refurbished by our architect. We look forward to welcoming you

The living room is bright and modern, with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV with satellite channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, stove and microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and dishwasher.

The accommodation also boasts a lovely terrace, a swimming pool that is heated in winter with an outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean breeze. There is direct access to the beach.

You'll find absolutely everything nearby: restaurants, shopping malls, cafés, ice cream parlors, fast-food outlets, and the Saf Saf with its famous fricassés.
Travelers can get around on foot. Just head up the street to the center of Marsa Plage, where you'll find a cab and train station. Travelers can do it all on foot. They can even walk to Sidi Bou Said.
