We are proud to present this traditional villa located in Ciudad Quesada just above the La Marquesa golf course. This property has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the main property and a 1 bedroom,1 bathroom apartment in the underbuild. This property has a spacious tiled garden with multiple spaces for dining al fresco, an outside kitchen area with BBQ and a private swimming pool. There are a number of bars and restaurants within a 15 minute downhill walk/ 2 minute drive. A home away from home with all you need for a quick getaway.

The Space:
You enter the property into the open plan living room/ dining area. The living room has 1 sofas, 2 arm chairs coffee table and a cabinet with the smart tv on top. The smart TV has Spanish television. There is a 4 person dining table in the dining area.
Just off the living room is the American style kitchen equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge etc.
You exit the open plan space and enter a hallway, to the immediate left you have the second bedroom, and this has a double bed, built in wardrobe and a suit stand.
The master bedroom is the on the right and has a double bed, bedside cabinet, built in wardrobe and set of chest of drawers. The master bedroom has an air-conditioning unit.
In between the two bedrooms you have the bathroom, this is equipped with a walk-in shower, mirror, toilet and sink with built in storage.
As you exit the property to go downstairs to the pool area/ self contained apartment, there is a rattan table and chairs that overlooks the pool.
There is a retractable fabric wall that blocks both the main house and the apartment from the pool for peace of mind for the whole family.
The self contained apartment has a main living space with a dining room with 4 chairs, fridge freezer, and a television that has French television channels. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinet and a chest of draws. Please note the Hight of the roof of this under-build is 2 meters aprox.
Outside the property there the lovely private pool and a 6 person table with summer kitchen located in the herb garden towards the back of the property perfect for dining al fresco with friends and family. There are also sun loungers for relaxing by the pool.

The Neighborhood:
There are many bars and restaurants within a 2 minute drive by La Marquesa Golf course and a Dialprix Supermarket. In the centre of Cuidad Quesada there is a large water park open during from June to September, mini golf, bowling.
The nearest beach is the town of Guardamar which is a 15 minute drive away.
There are many Spanish towns around the area for your to explore (Benijofar,Algorfa,Rojales). There are 2 golf courses (La Marquesa & La Finca) within a close proximity to the property.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car to get out and about in the surrounding area.

Check-in is from 16:00h and check-out is 11:00.

Please be aware that any arrivals between the 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a 30€ late meet and greet fee which is paid locally upon arrival.
