Kitchen - fridge, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, & lots of cupboard space. Dining table (8 guests). Double patio doors lead to south facing garden, outdoor dining on decked area.

Chandlers Ford is a beautiful area with plenty of local walks and childrenâs play areas within the Knightwood area. Valley Park Woodlands is minutes away and is a peaceful reserve, with ancient trees, ponds and meadows. Flexford Nature Reserve is closeby, offering walks & wildlife spotting opportunities. There are great local shops, including Asda, Tesco, Lidl, Waitrose. Great location!
Southampton, with shopping (West Quay), restaurants, museums, harbour walks, nightlife and Southamptonâs Football Stadium which also hosts music concerts. Eastleigh is a shorter drive offering shopping, cinema, restaurants, a leisure centre with pool and also TeamSport Go Karting and Crazy Golf centre.
In addition to the numerous shops and restaurants, historical Winchester offers a main street market, which takes place every Thursday, Friday & Saturday with a variety of different traders. Thereâs a Farmersâ Market on the 2nd and last Sunday of each month, with large scale with fresh produce stalls. Thereâs a Christmas Market that runs from mid-November every year.

The house is in a cul-de-sac, with no pathways at the end so cars and passersby are very rare, this makes it a lovely quiet location to unwind and relax with friends and family after enjoying what the local area has to offer :-)
