With a fenced plot of 160m2, this villa has wonderful sights to the sea as well as a panoramic pool, making it your ideal place for your vacation.The property offers plenty of space and several outside terraces and chill-outs so everyone has ther own space. Sea views and walking distance to the beach.

Over the swimming pool area (12X4m), there is a fully furnished chill out with a living room area, dinning area, bar and barbeque.Another remarkable thing about this area is the presence of an exterior shower, umbrellas and hammocks.The villa does have a back yard equipped with a laundry area.
