Villa Sa Gavina - Addaia

Would you like to spend your holidays in a place where time seems to have stood still? Addaia is such a place, almost magical. Villa Sa Gavina offers solid comfort, it is an authentic home for the whole family, where everyone can enjoy their holidays to the fullest. Outside there are several spaces, terraces, barbecue, a dining area, swimming pool, solarium, here each member of the family will find their favourite corner. Even with a maximum occupancy of 8 people, the privacy and freedom of all are guaranteed by the generous distribution of outdoor space.

The main terrace has rustic wooden beams and the table and chairs are also made of this material. The views are beautiful. While directly behind the house there is a beautiful strip of native vegetation that guarantees the tranquility and privacy of the guests, to the north the views extend over the sea, which in this part of the Menorcan coast forms very attractive lagoons, which stretch near to the houses. The sea practically pays you a visit.

Casa Gavina has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with air conditioning. On the first floor there are two beautiful bedrooms with a double bed each, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower, and access to a beautiful terrace that overlooks the garden. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, which share a bathroom. One has air conditioning, the other has a terrace and is located in a part of the house that practically has a separate entrance from the stairs. Ideal for people looking for a little more privacy. (The structure of the house, built on several levels and with several stairs, is part of its charm, but it does not lend itself to guests with reduced mobility.)

In the kitchen you will find a large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

In Addaia you will find several restaurants, a supermarket and a diving school. Very close by is the holiday resort of Arenal d'en Castell, where there is a wider gastronomic and commercial offer. The famous "Camí de Cavalls" crosses the Addaia urbanization and gives the possibility of fantastic excursions on foot or by bicycle.
