It is perfectly situated a 7 minutes walk to the crystal-clear beach in an attractive resort with children's pool, playground, giant chess, crazy golf, tennis courts, sea-view café/bistro / "Shakespeare" restaurant.

Start your day with a coffee or breakfast on one of the terraces (we lovingly call them sun & pool terrace) or huge roof terrace overlooking the sea and pools (lit at evenings), while toasting to your kids or spouse swimming in the pool right in front. You can not only see the pool, but also the sea directly from our terraces (and from the living room, and kitchen). Watch your loved ones drying in the sun on the cushioned loungers while checking email and starting your day!

Tasteful minimalist furniture, open plan kitchen with all appliances from Microwave to a dishwasher and air conditioning will make your stay super comfortable. Free wi-fi and a huge, curved smart TV (55 inch) are ready for you whenever you come back from the beach, restaurant, day trip or stroll along the coast.

This modern, bright and airy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse in the highly sought-after Turtle Bay Village is an ideal get-away for those looking for peace and quiet, with easy access to amenities. The popular site is a stone's throw from the 18-hole championship golf course Korineum, and features 7 swimming pools, children's pool, playground, fitness center, giant chess, crazy golf, tennis courts, cafe & restaurant and a private beach.

The spacious penthouse is accessed through an external staircase and boasts a bright open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a large sectional sofa which can convert into a double bed, a smart TV with TV box, wi-fi internet, dining table and chairs for six, and a fully fitted kitchen with all the essential items to cook home-cooked meals to enjoy al-fresco on the balcony or upstairs terrace.

The first bedroom has two single beds with fitted wardrobes and 2 french balconies overlooking the gardens and the dramatic mountain range, as well as an en-suite shower room. It also has direct access to the sun terrace.

The second bedroom boasts a double bed with fitted wardrobes. The window leads to the sun terrace, which you can access turning a corner (practical if kids are about to sleep and you can be next to them, but on the terrace). There is a second bathroom with overhead shower.

You can enjoy a nice cool drink on the balcony just off the lounge area which overlooks the swimming pool, or head on upstairs through a spiral staircase, and take in the sea, garden and mountain views from the private roof terrace with dining table and chairs.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.

- there are tame cats in the resort - you can stroke and feed them outside, but please don´t let them in and make sure doors are always closed.
