The house boasts a large, fenced garden and an oval-shaped swimming pool, 8 metres by 4 with a depth of 1.1 m, a veranda with table for outdoor meals, a portable barbecue and children’s games. The entire property is very well-kept and cured. Parking within the property.Interior
The farmhouse has been carefully restored in the past years, whilst maintaining its original charm. The wood beams remain in order to preserve the property’s rural characteristics, and all the electric and water works were recently restored. The raised ground floor presents a large, bright open space with a living area with satellite TV and a fireplace, a dining area and a perfectly equipped kitchen. A corridor leads to a private bathroom with shower and to a double bedroom, with a wardrobe on the ground floor and a double bed on a loft which is accessible via a steep staircase.
The living room leads to the lower ground floor via an indoor staircase, where guests will find a large corridor with outdoor access and two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom with shower. This floor leads to the spa with a sauna, a steam bath, a massage bed, a relaxing area with sunbeds and cushions and a bathroom with shower. The spa leads to the fourth bedroom, which has a double sofa bed and leads to the washing room.

Location
Fienile Colletalli is in the countryside around Siena in the town of Radicondoli, surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves which create a relaxing panorama. Guests will find peace and privacy, despite the house not being completely isolated, perfect for a relaxing holiday in nature or for sports lovers alike.

The farmhouse has wifi, air conditioning (on the upper ground floor and the bedroom with loft), fans on the lower ground floor, central heating, baby bed, highchair, a fireplace and parking within the property.

Important information
The swimming pool is available from May 1st to October 15th. Air conditioning only on the upper ground floor and in the bedroom with loft). Access to the property via 800 metres of gravel road. Arrivals must be between 4.00pm and 7.00pm.

Services
The price includes bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, water, electricity and gas, air conditioning for use up to 12 hours/day (over 12 hours use the cost is 15 euros/day), highchair and baby bed, and use of the spa. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are extra hours of hired help, shopping service, a cook for lunches and dinners, cookery courses and babysitter. Upon request, guests can have an extra single bed for 25 euros per day.Activities and distances
The property is in the heart of the Sienese countryside, just a few kilometres from Radicondoli and Casole d’Elsa, with all kinds of shops and a weekly market in the square. The towns of Montecastelli Pisano, Colle val d’Elsa, San Gimignano and Siena are all easy to reach by car. The surrounding area offers many activities, natural reserves and castles, as well as the possibility of tasting the local products and wines. The seaside is also just an hour’s drive away.
