Villa Clavero SEVEN 4PAX is an exclusive and new apartment that is part of the residential Villa Clavero, in the heart of El Limonar (Málaga capital). Villa Clavero was built around an Andalusian patio, around the end of the 19th century. The entrance to the patio is through wrought iron gates and the modernist mosaic floors in the entrance hall and on the first floor are original.



Two boulevards, El Paseo del Limonar and El Paseo de Miramar, have been at the heart of the best residential area in Malaga for 100 years. Hacienda Clavero is located on Ramos Carrión street, which turns from Miramar to Santa Paula. There are wonderful views of the hills, the city and the Mediterranean. The city center is 5 km from the house and a 3-minute drive from the E15 motorway, Limonar exit. Malaga airport is 25kms away, 15-20 minutes by car.



The house has approximately 4,000 m2 of plot distributed between the house and its community exteriors. The house is surrounded by gardens with an abundance of tropical plants such as jasmine, heliotrope, honeysuckle.



The pool is 15 meters long and is open all year.
