Lovely 3 Bedroom Villa with Com Pool LD502
Summary:
We are proud to present this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, which is superbly located in the Los Dolses area, which is ideal for a golfing or family holiday. The bars and restaurants are close by but do not intrude on your peace and quiet.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
You enter the property into the open plan living room and dining area. The living room has 2 sofas and an arm chair Coffee table and smart TV with a side board. This property also boasts a working fireplace. The dining area has a 6 person dining table. To the side of the living room there is an American Kitchen with a fridge, hob, oven, kettle etc .There is also a combo washer/dryer. Behind the kitchen there is a garage with additional storage space for luggage. This property also has a travel cot and other baby equipment there to use complementary.
Past the living area you have the family bathroom on the left with walk-in shower, under floor heating, toilet, sink with built in storage. In front of you have the third bedroom this has a double sized sofa- bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and desk area. The second bedroom to the right hand side you have the second bedroom this has a double bed, sofa, bookcase and built in wardrobes with mirrors.
You proceed upstairs to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobes and dresser. The en-suite is equipped the same as the family bathroom with walk in shower, underfloor heating etc.
You have access to the solarium from the master bedroom and also from the staircase. The solarium is ample with lovely vistas out to see to the left.
This property has a tiled Garden area and at the front of the property there is a lovely sunroom with retractable roof and side, so that on windy days you are protected but can still feel the warmth.
Located behind the property is the gate into the communal garden. This is a gated community and the pool is a 2 minute walk down through the gardens to the communal pool. The communal pool had lovely grassy surroundings and has recently been refurbished
The Neighborhood:
The urbanisation of Los Dolses is within a 15 minute walk to Zenia Boulevard and 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants of Los Dolses commercial center and The Rioja Commercial center. La Fuente is also a quick 5 minute drive away.
The nearest beach is at La Zenia, but there are numerous blue flagged beaches on the Orihuela Costa for you to choose from.
There are several golf courses in the area too with 3 being in the immediate vicinity, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campomor are within a 15 min drive.
Getting Around:
We recommend a car to get out and visit the surrounding area.
