This 56 square meters unique property showcases the beauty of Berlinese architecture paired with unique grassland design. Canena is located in Charlottenburg, the crossroad between old and new Berlin. Go shopping at one of the many high-end stores or taste the local cuisine at a delicious restaurant.

Come home to Canena to experience unique design throughout its 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is complete with a queen sized bed and sun drenched windows for some natural light. The bathroom is complete with a walk in shower and modern furnishings.

The open plan living room and kitchen carries out the grassland design with its many plants and geometric accent wall. The kitchen is furnished with all cooking appliances and utensils. This dreamlike oasis offers 1 large balcony, providing natural light and outdoor living space throughout the unique property.

Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.
