No air conditioning , noisy
The flat was very clean . The communication was extremely challenging for the host said they donât get the vrbo messages ! So many unanswered questions . They eventually had a person answer through a personal email which was easily missed . The photo of the locked box where the key was wasnât current leaving me unsure of how to get it . The photo was old and wasnât current . I realize itâs my responsibly to read about the flat and it doesnât say air conditioning , but being updated and ânewâ I didnât triple check so thatâs my fault that it had it . We had a cool few days so it wasnât horrible but the outdoor deck was right on a busy road so opening the doors for air was very very noisy . Again, the photo of the outdoor space shows the road being right there but I didnât realize it from the photo how close the busy road was . So this flat is noisy all the time with the traffic . The âbottles â in the shower with shampoo etc were all empty . Not sure why they would leave them. We ran out of toilet paper , there wasnât any kitchen towels or paper products at all . We were left one two bath towels and two hand towels for our three night stay which wasnât sufficient . We Were going to wash them but the laundry soap was also empty but the bottle still there . The other thing worth mentioning is the bed is tiny , again it says full size , but not realizing how tiny it was . No extra linens . Very sparse. Check out it 10:00am! They extend us a late check out however .
