A unique blend of thoughtful details creates a caring, indulging environment for guests that wish to discover the secrets of the charming area of Halkidiki. It is located only 80 meters away from the gorgeous sandy beach of Paradisos, one of the cleanest beaches in Halkidiki.
The 70mÂČ / 754ftÂČ house consists, on the ground floor, of a living room with a sofa bed, a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a WC, all facing the large garden. On the first floor, you can find two bedrooms, 2 balconies, and a bathroom.
The house has a 30mÂČ / 323ftÂČ garden, equipped with sun protective tents, a table with 6 chairs, and a BBQ to fully enjoy with your family or friends.
Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by Ioanna, who takes care of my house and my guests. You may also use flexible check-in. We offer key lockers so you can arrive whenever you want.

20 years ago I visited for the first time the second peninsula of Halkidiki and since then I spent countless summers in the beautiful village of Neos Marmaras. I visited almost all the different beaches and villages, I enjoyed the food and met different people.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
After living almost 10 years abroad, I visited Greece with many non-Greek friends and with all these new experiences, I appreciate again my homeland. Like a restart. This is why I created khouse. Because I found my Personal Paradise. I hope you will enjoy your stay.
