On the opposite side of the road in front of the residence, a new residence is under construction, so some daytime noise might be heard.

The Arcobaleno apartment of approximately 45 sqm consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, featuring a gas hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A comfortable sofa bed can accommodate two children or one adult. Satellite TV (no German channels), air conditioning and WiFi available for guests. The living area overlooks a covered terrace, equipped with a sun shade, table and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining with pool view and a small garden with synthetic grass. A convenient ground floor bathroom with shower box and washing machine. At the back, there is a second terrace with a relaxation sofa and barbecue area. In the basement, there is a spacious double bedroom with air conditioning and wardrobe, and an adjacent bathroom with shower box. A convenient parking space in a private garage (height 1.95m - width 2.30m - length 4.80m) with direct access to the apartment is available for guests. Pets allowed upon request. Non-smoking apartment.

The final price consists of:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on whose behalf Regarda acts
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.
