On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room with a large L-shaped sofa, SmartTV and Split air conditioning. The kitchen is open to the living room with a beautiful bench and 4 stools, fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator and basic kitchen utensils. There is also a laundry room next door with a washing machine and a guest toilet.
On the second floor is located the master suite with a queen size bed, full of closets and elegantly decorated. It also has the second bedroom with double bed and a guest bathroom dedicated to this bedroom. The two bedrooms are equipped with split air conditioning for greater comfort.
On the third floor, it has a living room with air conditioning, a comfortable double sofa bed and sliding doors that give access to the outside area of ââthe roof. A beautiful hydromassage pool with a beautiful view of Bairro Peixoto, mountains and Christ the Redeemer. There is a sauna next to the pool. The gourmet kitchen has a barbecue and minibar to enjoy the pool more comfortably.
