Alcazaba Lagoon is a modern private gated community situated in Caseres, southern Spain. Just 15 minutes from Estepona, 30 minutes from Marbella and just over an hour away from both Malaga and Gibralter airports.
Alcazba Lagoon is renowned for the crystal clear turquoise blue waters of the lagoon complete with private beach, two restaurants and a bar. The development also boasts three swimming pools to choose from, all of which are situated within perfectly manicured palm tree gardens.
The lagoon can be enjoyed with a swim, canoe, paddle board or peddle boat - and all water activities are included on an unlimited basis with the apartment. Or of course there is always the option of spectating from the sunbed with a perfectly chilled glass of wine. Also by the lagoon are saunas and hot tubs, use of these facilities is again fully included in your stay at the apartment.
This beautiful modern two bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor and offers stunning views over one of the swimming pools, surrounded by those manicured gardens, and of course enough palm trees to assure that tropical setting feel.
The apartment has a master king sized bed, a twin room and if required a sofa bed to cater for a fifth guest. The apartment is self catering and comes with all the home comforts you would expect - coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron / ironing board, hair dryer and of course most importantly - Wifi!
Alcazaba Lagoon is right next door to Estapona Golf Course which has earned a reputation for being the envy of other gold courses in Southern Spain. For Golfers looking to enjoy the course over the winter months special discounts are available on this apartment for stays of one calendar month or more.
