Lake Marion är en av de bäst bevarade hemligheterna i South Carolina. En fantastisk semesterplats för familj och vänner. Lake Marion är känd för SC: s bästa fiske. Det är hem till enorma havskatt, largemouth bas, randig bas, crappie, brasme och mer. Planera ett besök på fisk, golf eller koppla av.
Det här hemmet rymmer 12 personer med gott om plats att njuta av familj och vänner ...... Allt om att koppla av och ha kul! Sängkläder ingår inte. Varje säng har en madrassdyna, sängäcke / dyne och kuddar.
5 sovrum, 3 fulla bad och 2 halva bad. Golvplanen inkluderar 2 kung sovrum med badrum, 2 drottning sovrum, stort rum med 1 våningssäng med rulla, 1 dagbädd och 2 enkelsängar. Sunroom har en bäddsoffa för att sitta och kan sova 1. Boområdet har två soffor och en vilstol utrustad med en platt-TV med Roku för att strömma din egen strömningstjänst. Denna TV har också en antenn för lokala kanaler. Vi har ingen kabel- eller satellittjänst, vilket inte behövs eftersom du är vid sjön och njuter av familj och vänner. Matbord 6 platser, bänkplatser 4 och solstolar 4. Köket är fullt möblerat, diskmaskin, spis, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, kastrull, kastruller, tallrikar och allt köksredskap. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare som kan användas under din vistelse (tvättmedel ingår inte). Roku TV ligger i alla sovrum och Wi-Fi finns tillgängligt i hela hemmet. Det finns 3 duschar. Det finns en stor gård som leder ner till den privata bryggan där din båt kan anslutas under din vistelse. Sitt ute på uteplatsen med en öppen spis och njut av en kväll vid elden med enastående utsikt över vattnet.
Taw Caw Boat Ramp är runt hörnet. Du kan se det från kajen.
Det finns gott om parkering för flera bilar och släpvagnar.
Det finns INGEN husdjur tillåtna och INGEN RÖKER i hemmet.

Ligger precis vid Interstate 95. Cirka en och en halv timme norr om Charleston.
Det finns golfbanor i närheten för att göra en fantastisk golf- och fiskeflykt!

This home is by far the best! It was so clean and spacious! The decor was amazing! The dock and lake were perfect for the kids for swimming. Beware of ants and mosquitoes, especially at night. I’m sure we will try to arrange another stay here!! Loved it!!!

Made our trip!

This house makes you feel like you were at home. Very well stocked with anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The layout was superb for the way we travel with family, friends, and children.

Bachelor Trip

Very cozy lake house that was perfect for a group of a dozen guys. Great outdoor area with a grill, a dock that has above average fishing, and the place is not too far away from golf courses in the area too. Couldn’t recommend this house enough to anybody wanting a getaway at the lake

Great Property with Excellent Accommodations and Amazing View

I wanted a neutral place near Sumter/Manning for my family to spend time together for Christmas. The age range of the principal family members is 60 to 96 years old - not the easiest group to please when it comes to being away from the comforts of their own home. In this case, everyone was so pleased with the accommodations. There was ample space to prepare and serve dinner. We were very pleased with the sleeping and bathroom accommodations as well. There was even a first floor master bedroom with a master bath, which was perfect for my sister-in-law who is unable to climb stairs. If it were not for that first floor master, she and my brother might not have been able to share Christmas with the rest of the family. Though we came prepared with cooking and serving equipment, the kitchen was stocked with almost anything you could ask for. Overall, everyone was extremely pleased with the property and we look forward to another gathering when the weather gets warmer. My only constructive feedback is to consider adding an accessibility ramp for accessible entry, but even if not, our family enjoyed it enough that we'll improvise.

Beautiful lake view private

Had a great time. House was perfect for size of my group. Accommodations were perfect for a bunch of contractors who also fish. I wish it had a fish cleaning station on the dock.

Girls Golf Weekend - Fantastic!!

Sprawling and comfortable - with every amenity! Check-in process was super easy, very gracious host. Anything we needed, it was there! Cabinets and light switches are labeled. Ample parking. Spaces large enough for friends to gather. Some people in our group want to book this property to bring their families. We would definitely book and recommend this property!

Family Fishing trip

The house and property was beautiful. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. We spent our week fishing on the dock. The only thing i would change if i could would have been the weather. It was sunny, dry, and cold.

Big Fish House

Amazing home I had family visiting from the UK and wanted to do something fun with everyone. This house was it, there was plenty of space for 13 of us comfortably. The kids loved being in the water. Would highly recommend and we cannot wait to return.

Yearly fishing trip

We came to Santee Cooper to bass fish. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of parking for all the boats and trucks there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and sleep. We would definitely rent this house again. Owner was very responsive for anything we needed.

Place of peace

The property was well kept. The house is very clean and well furnished. I loved sitting in the rocking chair looking out at the lake. Definitely a place for family time and relaxation.

Thanksgiving/USC visit with niece

What a wonderful home to enjoy Thanksgiving with family. We were also here to visit our niece who is a student at U of SC in Columbia. The pictures of the home don’t do it justice, It is a beautiful, welcoming home on the lake. Everything you would have in your home was here. The owner was so lovely and accommodating ,promptly answered several questions prior to our arrival and there was so much information in a notebook at the house that answered any questions you might have during your stay. The house is warm, inviting and serene. It is the perfect home to enjoy our time together as a family,

The property didn’t disappoint! We all agreed that the scenery was simply nostalgic and no one could look at that level of beauty and take it for granted. The home was quite cozy. Kitchen was fully stocked. We had an awesome stay.

Great Golf Trip

This was a beautiful house with the perfect location. Great sunrises over the lake each morning and sunsets in the evening. Perfect distance to and from several golf courses in the area. Definitely will book this same hose again.

Wonderful lake house

we were looking for a house on Lake Marion for a family get together. We wanted access to the lake and golf. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home not a hotel or condo. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. Golf at Santee National or Wyboo highly recommended. Don't forget to book a wildlife boat tour with Peggy at Santee boat rental! Excellent overall

Beautiful, spacious and elegant home!

This home is gorgeous, beautifully decorated with comfy beds and luxurious bed covers (no linens included). We were a family of nine and cooked all of our meals at the house. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of high quality cooking pans, baking pans, pretty serving dishes and glassware plus extra storage containers for leftovers. Great cooking utensils, tools and appliances galore]! If you plan to cook, you need to bring nothing but your food and imagination! The hang out spaces were perfect for our family, we enjoyed the games provided but were sad to learn after our arrival that the kayaks were in the repair shop (and that the "jacuzzi jets are broken" per the sign posted in the master bedroom. These were our only 2 disappointments, that and needing to leave so soon. Would love a later check out option and linen service next time, but I understand that is not always viable for certain properties. Overall, a 10+ stay. Everyone seemed to be able to relax time together and on their own. We never left the property except to get bait and a few more grocery items. We would highly recommend for large family gatherings. Bring your linens, towels and reserve watercraft rentals in advance though!

This is a great house for large families or a group of friends. Our family loves to get together whenever we can and enjoy all that Lake Marion has to offer. We fish, golf, jet ski, go water tubing or just relax. We hope that others can make memories that will last a lifetime in our "Big Fish House".
