Enjoy everything Dublin 10 has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.
NOTE ..The property has shared access to the back garden area and there is also another property with a live in tenant, at the back of the house.
NOTE Animal lovers.. My brother and his wife have 3 dogs. They are very friendly and you might see them in the front garden from time to time.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers 2 televisions and internet access.
There is one bedroom in this house for guests which contains a very comfortable king size bed.
There is one bathroom, which has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is 11 am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
