The structure Villa GIULIAE, portion of a two-family villa, is located in the Vico Primo Mediterraneo 5, in a quiet and peaceful residential area at 600/700 from the Torre Chia beach and the BEACH of the marina. The real estate unit located on sloping land and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation has a private parking space. Villa GILUIA is divided as follows: Living area and kitchen overlooking the fully equipped terrace, three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with bunk beds) a bathroom with shower. Garden with barbecue, outdoor shower and a patio where you can have lunch / dinner outdoors. All the services of first necessity such as: market, bar, newsstand, restaurants, can be easily reached in a few minutes. For the evening there are many restaurants on the coast where you can taste good fresh fish, or excellent local dishes also on the beach.
