A second bathroom with a shower cubicle completes the ground floor. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets to ensure maximum comfort.
On the first floor of Villa Julia, the living area features a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality Miele appliances such as an induction hob with a Bora extractor hood, oven, steam oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, wine cellar, coffee machine and toaster. The living room with panoramic views of the pool area and the southern shore of Lake Garda is furnished with a large sofa and a smart TV. The dining area with a natural wood table can accommodate up to 8 people. The garden of Villa Julia, which extends on two sides, offers direct access to the shared pool (guaranteed opening period 01/05-30/09), with a practical sunbathing area. In the garden and on the spacious covered veranda there are two sun loungers and a comfortable lounge area to relax in the hottest hours.
