Welcome to your next vacation home!
Brand new and after complete and total renovation and refurbishment. Just finished renovation in April and it's the first time on the vacation rental market! Designed and furnished in light and airy Scandinavian style, using prime materials and best home appliances and furniture.
-The Area-
This new lovely home is set in the prestigious area of El Paraiso, Estepona just 15 minutes drive to the famous port of Puerto Banus with its yachts, restaurants, bars and clubs and 20 min to the old town of Marbella, only 1.7 km from El Saladillo Beach and 2.6 km from Guadalmansa Beach. Very close to all amenities.
-The Space-
The apartment is set in the gated very authentic charming small typical Spanish urbanisation of the apartments yet with mature and picturesque tropical gardens and two swimming pools.
This penthouse is set on the 3d top floor and consists of the spacious living room equipped with modern style kitchen, large sofa set, TV and a fireplace. There is a direct access to the terrace with sea views. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture set so that you could enjoy your meals watching sunset over Mediterranean and Gibraltar and African Coast. The staircase leads to another rooftop terrace where you will find BBQ set and a sofa with a table. Incredible panoramic views to the sea, mountains and golf fields open from the roof top terrace. In total there are 3 terraces in this apartment and it makes it really unique given its exquisite decoration and views.
Two bedrooms are equipped with a comfortable double bed each, one of the bedrooms has a small terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Here you will find a coffee table and a couple of chairs. There are two modern bathrooms. There is also a small room adjoining the living room. It is equipped with a sofa bed good for two people making it 6 comfortable sleeping places in total.
Needless to say, there is centralised AC in all rooms, WIFI, elements of smart house etc. It's fusion of charming Spain with ultimate technology and modern design.
Nearest airport: Malaga, 45 min drive, Gibraltar, 40 min drive.
Nearest beach: 1,7 km
Distance to Puerto Banus: 15 min drive
Distance to Marbella Old town: 20 min drive
