Beautiful 2 bedroom duplex apartment on the 1st floor, inserted in an urbanization with swimming pools, gardens and bar. It is located just 300m from the two wonderful beaches of SĂŁo Rafael and Praia dos Arrifes and a few minutes from the Center and the Albufeira Marina.
The apartment consists of: Entrance hall with staircase; Living room; Balcony; Fully equipped kitchen; WC; Bathroom and Two Bedrooms.
The Apartment is located in one of the most beautiful urbanizations of the Algarve, the Urbanization of SĂŁo Rafael. This urbanization has several features to enjoy as a garden with lawns, common swimming pool surrounded by several sun loungers, children's pool, bar with terrace and leisure space.
This apartment consists of: on the 1st Floor, Entrance Hall; Living room equipped with 1 Large "L" shaped sofa , TV LCD (Portuguese channels), air conditioning and dining table with 6 chairs; Balcony equipped with a wood table and 6 chairs; Kitchen equipped with Washing Machine, Fridge with freezer, Electric oven, Electric hob, Microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Electric kettle, Toaster, Hand blender; WC; on the 2nd floor, Bathroom equipped with hair dryer and shower; Two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds, air conditioning and wardrobe, the 2nd bedroom is equipped with a double bed air conditioning, wardrobe and balcony.
Guests will have access to the whole apartment, including all the common areas of the urbanization, such as gardens, Swimming pool, children's pool, bar and leisure area.
I leave my guests at ease, but I am available when ever they need me.

The accommodation is close to the bus stop. Where buses like Vamus and City-sightseeing stop.
If you prefer you can also use transport such as Taxi and TVDE (Uber).
If you do not wish to use public transport you can always rent a car.
The parking is free, outside the apartments.
