We take pride in our outstanding guest satisfaction and that is why we have started authorising a £200.00 security deposit from all of our guests to ensure everyone follows our house rules. If all house rules are followed and no damages caused the original authorisation will drop-off your bank statement entirely after 5-7 working days after your check-out. There will be no payment, and no refund. It'll appear as if the whole transaction never happened.

Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in - 50% Refund
Cancel within 48 hours before check-in - No Refund
