Lovely Conwy , North Wales 2 bedroom home with private garden and parking

This is our lovely private family holiday home. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and there is a separate single bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and small fridge/freezer. There is a lounge with a comfortable leather sofa, TV, and dining table. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower over. Towels and bed linen are supplied. The private patio and garden is completely enclosed and garden seating is provided, it is perfect to sit out in with your morning coffee on sunny days.
There is private parking for one car directly outside the property.

Excellent property, great location

This house was perfect for what we wanted, it had everything we needed and was in a great location being a 15 to 20 minute walk into Conwy.

Great location and comfortable property

Wonderful location, comfortable beds, very powerful shower which was a pleasant surprise and suited our needs. Decor slightly tired in places but represented excellent value and hotel walls often have a mark on them! Would stay again

Excellent location

The house was very comfortable and clean . Just a few minutes walk to the marina and The Mulberry Pub for a very good meal. Ideal location to visit places. Takes about 20 to 30 minutes to walk into Conwy depending how fast you walk. Would definitely stay here again. Hoping for better weather next time.

Perfect for our Stay

This location and property was ideal for a wedding we were attending! Conwy marina and the views are stunning! You get the best of both with easy access to local town facilities, as well as the relaxing beach walks. The host was easy to contact and very quick to respond if needed.Thank you Melly.

Wonderful stay in perfect location

Lovely house with everything you need for your holiday. Bed was very comfortable. Fab location literally 2 mins walk to the marina! Just sitting watching the boats is so relaxing. The Mulberry restaurant is very nice but gets very busy Friday and Saturday evenings. 15 min walk into Conwy along the river..castle is a must to visit. Thankyou so much 💓 x

A Weekend of Castles and Views

This modern, furnished 2 storey 2 bedroomed mini-terrace is wonderfully located, close by the marina and within pleasant walking distance of Conwy township. It proved the perfect spot for friends to share accommodation for a weekend of visiting the many Castles and National Trust properties nearby.

Super stay. Just is two ladies. Very close to harbour which was lovely. Very good for visiting sites. Would stay again. My only slight criticism would be the quality of the single bed in the smaller bedroom which didn’t stop me sleeping but could do with updating.

Weekend in Conwy

Lovely and clean, great range of pots and pans if you wanted to cook (we didn't), really comfy bed and nice layout. Parking directly outside and close to lots of nearby towns - we visited Conwy, Llandudno, Bangor and Betws-y-coed over a 2 day period. Beach and marina are close by and both very pleasant to wander around. Only downside is the traffic noise from the busy A55 but, all in all, a very pleasant trip and would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely little house

Mel the host was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. The marina and beach are beautiful and a stones throw away. The only down was the noise from the busy A55 but it didn’t spoil our stay .

Good for the right people

My interactions with the owner were helpful and clear, and the property was in a lovely location--in terms of being able to easily walk to the ocean and see some beautiful views. It was less good in that there was a fairly constant drone of sound from the freeway that is right behind the building; also the outdoor space is overlooked and didn't feel private at all. But if you don't plan to spend a lot of time outdoors at the property this could be a good base for exploring the many beautiful areas nearby.
