Boasting 5 luxurious furnished and gorgeously attired 1 and 2 bedroom suites, Moat House is the epitome of chic. The décor, is devilishly sophisticated and darkly unique.
Perfectly located on a quiet street, but mere steps away from all the action, Moat House is a late Victorian building, lovingly restored to create perfectly equipped characterful, yet high tech accommodation for couples, friends, families and business stays.

The Florence Suite is a fabulous one-bedroom suite on the Ground Floor accommodating up to 2 guests and has the following facilities:
Bedroom
Double stylish bed, with beautiful bespoke furniture, large fitted wardrobe. Luxurious linens, bathrobes, fluffy towels, and hairdryer.
Bathroom
Tiled floor to ceiling with exquisite porcelain tiles and designer fittings. Molton Brown toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash also in the shower.
Seating Area
Setting area for watching the world go by and relaxing with a drink.
Writing desk and chair
Smart TV
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with combination oven microwave, hob, fridge pots and pans, kettle and breakfast bar.
Lush carpets throughout and porcelain tiling

The full apartment is private for you behind a code-locked door. You will access the apartment from a corridor on the ground floor.
Rawtenstall is a great place for a trip, including the famous Rossendale Steam Railway Station, SKi Rossendale, why not learn to ski whilst you stay. Amazing food, try out GemNi's round the corner. Take the kids swimming, crazy golf or escape room for the teenagers.
On your doorstep is all the public transport you need direct to Manchester, Burnley or Preston.
