Beautiful chalet with superb views

Warm welcome from owner who clearly has put so much love into creating a comfortable and well equipped chalet. The top floor offers great views over Morzine and the perfect spot for watching the paragliders. It’s a welcome quiet retreat but only a short 15 minute walk from centre.

Beautiful chalet

We had a wonderful stay in March. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 young children. The chalet is beautiful, clean and really well equipped. Lots of space and lovely views. Well located for walking into town and multiple bus routes. Communication with the host was super responsive and they were great providing additional bits for the young children. Would definitely recommend. Our only suggestion would be to include instructions / batteries for the wi and TV and to improve the WiFi signal in the lowest floor as the signal didn't reach despite having an extender. 5*s from us!

Efficient, Spacious and Great Views

I stayed with my wife and two children at this lovely chalet over the New Years weekend. The home offers large rooms, nice bathrooms and plenty of living space in an "upside down" layout, which allows the best views from the living and dining spaces. The garage is very large and fit our car easily and our gear. It's a very efficient house with just what you need for a week's holiday. Not a ton of charm, but very functional. The walk to town is about 10 - 20 min, depending on how fit you are and how little your legs (my 6 year old stretched the walk to 25 min). The bus is 5 min walk from the house.

A great chalet just outside town that we all loved staying at

Bertrand and Christelle made sure that we were welcomed immediately even though we were early, and kept in touch throughout our stay when we had any queries. The chalet was perfect for a family of six, with one downstairs room designated the boys' room. The chalet has all the facilities needed - except for a hot tub! - and decent wifi and even a Wii - with garage parking. It made our lives very easy with the children who soon adapted to coming and going independently. It's a short walk into town when you want to head out and proved a great place to stay in for family dinner when we preferred that. The area is excellent for summer fun - downhill biking, caving, rock-climbing, lake swimming or just cycling along the river paths. Paragliders often landed in the nearby field but we gave that a miss. Our first time summering in the Alps but we will be doing this again for sure. Morzine is a lovely Savoie town - though quite a few English voices around - with very good food and cocktails if you look around. A great holiday

2ieme séjour dans ce superbe chalet : topissime

Après un premier séjour très réussi dans ce magnifique chalet l'été dernier, c'est avec grand plaisir que nous sommes revenus cette année. Grands habitués de la station de Morzine où nous revenons depuis de longues années pour profiter des belles randonnées et nombreux avantages du multipass, nous sommes ravis d'avoir désormais trouvé ce superbe chalet parfaitement équipé qui répond à toutes nos attentes. La grande pièce à vivre très lumineuse avec ces grandes baies vitrées, les 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain, le grand garage, la proximité du centre de Morzine et ses commerces... Bref tout est parfait ! 😊🤗👍

Superbe sejour

Superbe chalet, extrêmement bien équipé. Hôtes très accueillants et flexibles sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Chalet très bien situé pour les navettes pour aller skier à Morzine ou à Avoriaz. En revanche impossible d’aller en bas des pistes sans prendre la navette. Je recommande !

Return visit

This is the second time my family has stayed at the property. It's perfect for us as a family of five but could accommodate 3/4 more people. Plenty of bedrooms and communal space. Everything was arranged by Christelle for us on arrival, including clean bedding and towels. The views from the property are stunning and sad to leave them behind. Hope to be back again in the future.

Le chalet est très beau, propre, et buen équipé, tout était parfait.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce très beau chalet. Il est bien situé, à 15 minutes à pied du centre du village, et accessible en navette gratuitement si on se sent fatigué pour remonter à pied après une journée de randonnée . Très bon accueil des sympathiques propriétaires qui étaient très arrangeants pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. De plus ils adhèrent au multipass, ce qui est un vrai + à Morzine, avec un accès gratuit et illimité à une multitude d'activités pour un prix modique. Le chalet est très propre et bien équipé, tout parait neuf. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, et sommes ravis de notre choix de location. 👍☺

Excellent séjour !

Chalet superbe qui correspond à l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont disponibles si besoin. Bien situé, très bien desservi par des navettes gratuites et régulières qui vous emmènent skier sur le domaine d'Avoriaz ou celui de Morzine/les Gets. Le centre du village est à 10/15 mn à pieds. Nous avons tous été enchantés de notre séjour.

Summer family trip

We were two adults/3 kids (8-11) and the property was a great base for us to exert Morzine and the surrounding area. There was ample space and the living/dining area provided a great space for the family to eat and relax at the end of every day. Our favourite part of the property was the views from available from all sides - simply breathtaking! Christelle was a great host too - there to meet us at check in and give a tour of the property. I would highly recommend staying here and will be returning in the future.

A fabulous property perfect for large families!

We had a fabulous week at this lovely property. So spacious and clean. It’s in a beautiful area of Morzine in the old town, just a 15 minute walk to town/supermarkets. Bus stop up to Avoriaz and down to Morzine town right outside the accomodation. Christelle and Bert were fantastic hosts and were so helpful and on the ball should we have any issues/questions.

Beautiful chalet

We had a really great stay at Christelle and Bertrand’s house in Morzine. Well equipped and spacious with a lovely view of the pistes. Communication was great and Christelle met us at the property to show us around. We would love to stay again if we return to Morzine.

Amazing chalet, stylish interior, superb facilities & location. Perfect for families & friends.

We had a wonderful stay in July at the chalet. As a family of four (children of 6 months and 4 years) the chalet was very well equipped. It’s been beautifully designed by Christelle and Bernard and they gave us a very warm welcome, with lots of great tips on what to do including the faboulous summer Multipass. The chalets location is brilliant. 10 mins walk into town near the supermarket with wonderful views - particularly of the parapenters descending at sunset! We had a fabulous stay and keen to book again for the winter - thank you Christelle!

Parfait !!

Nous étions trois couples avec 4 enfants et ce chalet nous a donné entière satisfaction. Sa fonctionalité est irréprochable. Très bien conçu nous n'avons manqué de rien. N''avons ainsi rien eu à conseiller aux propriétaires pourtant très soucieux d'améliorer encore plus cette habitation. La pièce à vivre avec poil à bois et sa cuisine ouverte, est superbe et très conviviale. Des bais vitrées tout autour nous permettent de voir la montagne en permanence (aucun vis à vis) et même Avoriaz au petit déjeuner! Je conseille vivement. Les photos ne peuvent rendre ce qu'on y ressent. La cuisine spacieuse et conviviale ne manque d'aucun ustensile et l'électro-ménager est neuf et de qualité. Bref on peut réellement prendre du plaisir à cuisiner tout en étant avec les autres. Rien à redire non plus sur les chambres dont la literie est très bonne. SDB et sanitaires impeccables. Les deux ballons d'eaux chaudes de la chaufferie, suffisent très largement. L'entrée par le bas permet de ranger aisément chaussures et skis. Un garage intérieur facilite déchargement /chargement des voitures. Le centre ville est très aisément accessible à pied et les navettes nous déposent directement au Pleney le matin (idem pour le retour). Ce chalet a très largement contribué au plaisir qu'a pris notre groupe lors de ce séjour dans cette station que nous aimons tant. Félicitations aux propriétaires pour cette belle réalisation, leur accueil et leur prévenance. Même si cela doit me poser des problèmes de disponibilité l'année prochaine, je me dois de recommander très vivement ce chalet.

Séjour 15 jours Aout

Très beau chalet situé dans le quartier des Udrezants avec une vue plongeante sur Morzine et le Pleney, baigné de soleil du matin au soir. Volumes de vie très confortables, avec une pièce principale au r+2 vraiment spacieuse, 4 chambres, un immense garage, très appréciable pour stocker vélos, matériel de sport, coffres de toit,...). Vous profiterez de 2 terrasses au niveau des chambres, et d'un extérieur avec table de jardin et barbecue au r+2. Nous y avons séjourné à 4 adultes et 5 enfants. Vous êtes à 10mn à pied de la place de la Mairie, et à 12mn des Dérêches. Les propriétaires se sont montrés très arrangeants pour notre départ, et nous les en remercions.

super chalet

Chalet spacieux, agréable (déco soignée), chaleureux (poêle). Confiance entre locataire et propriétaire appréciable, le nécessaire de base (vinaigre, sel, liquide vaisselle etc ...) à disposition ,sous réserve de remplacer le produit terminé, est bien pratique. Tout le monde (8 personnes ) a été enchanté de son séjour, le beau temps n'étant pas au rendez-vous,le chalet a été plus qu'apprécié. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner l'année prochaine! Marine

Modernes Chalet mit Stil und Charakter

Unsere Woche im Chalet von Christelle und Bertrand war äußerst angenehm. In dem geräumigen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Chalet haben wir uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere der Koch-/ Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer sind großzügig konzipiert und mit sehr schönen Blicken verbunden. Das Handling mit den Besitzern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder einmal.

Modernes Chalet mit Stil und Charakter

Unser Aufenthalt im Chalet von Christelle und Bertrand war äußerst angenehm. Das großzügig gehaltene Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Koch- und Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer bieten viel Platz, sind sehr gemütlich und mit traumhaften Blicken ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren stets kooperativ, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder einmal in dieses Chalet nach Morzine!
