Villa Cicogna Private Villa - sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms
This comfortable private villa is prepared for your unique Tuscan experience â on the first floor there are the 5 large bedrooms, one with twin beds, 3 with king size beds and 1 with super king bed. 3 bathrooms - each with a shower and the house bathroom also has a bath. The breakfast kitchen/diner has a table to seat 6 and full cooking facilities. The living room has an additional dining table with 4 seats, sofa and lounge chairs with flat screen TV.
On the ground floor the large games room leads to the terrace with the 5m above ground pool and of course that stunning view. The outdoor furniture provides places to enjoy in the sun and shade and there is a charcoal BBQ.
This is an authentic Italian Villa, once a Noble home and now a comfortable base from which to enjoy the Tuscan countryside and immerse yourself in village life. With panoramic views from the private terrace over the Valdarno Valley, you can while away the hours enjoying your own private piece of Tuscany.
We have one shop in the village and our closest âtown', Terranuova Bracciolini is about 5 minutes down the hill (by car). We do recommend a car is useful when staying in the countryside as there is a limited bus service. Make the most of your stay and let us assist you with introductions to cycle hire, walking guides, cooking classes, painting, yoga, meditation, wine tasting, honey production ⊠whatever takes their fancy.
The Chianti region is close by and Florence, Siena, Arezzo are all within 45 mins away.
Our local train station is Montevarchi about 15mins from us in the car with good services to Florence, Rome and beyond.
We are about 10 minutes off the A1 motorway using the Valdarno exit.

Our Story
How it all began â the short version.
Back in 2004, Michelle and her then 10-year-old daughter Lou were living their dream: a year exploring Europe. During their travels, they were lucky to meet Francesco from Tuscany Villas, who introduced them to Anna-Maria and Luigi at Fattoria Della Nave. Thanks to their warm hospitality, Michelle and Lou stayed for three unforgettable months in an apartment within the beautifully restored farmhouse, Fattoria Della Nave.
It was during this magical time that Columb and his two sons returned to Cicogna for a holidayâhaving been the very first guests the year before and absolutely falling in love with the area. Columb was already planning to buy a home in Italy, which naturally sparked Michelleâs curiosity and dreams.
And as fate would have it, that spark grew into something real. Today, weâre proud to share our own special corner of Tuscanyâa charming villa just across the road from where this incredible journey began!
