The neighbourhood is very friendly and calm, and everything you may need is in your surroundings,or can be easily reached by bike or car.The interior size amounts to50m2 and the terrace is 15m2. It is located on the groundfloor.
The Apartment is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a lovely living room with a couch (which can be used as an additional sleeping facility for 1person or 2 children), a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine,all necessary dishes andutensils) with a dining area,a bathroom with shower,as well as a terraceperfect to enjoy a morning coffee, some sunbathing in the afternoon or a romantic glass of wine in the evening.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, parking, this apartment is an ideal place for couples or familiesto spend the holidays. There arealso a shared garden and BBQ grill facilities at your disposal.
Everything you may needcan be reached in just a few minutes.
