HOUSE KESER - FIGAROLA - One Bedroom Apartment is a 3 star Apartment. It is located towards Valalta - a part of the town very close to beautiful beaches and 3 km from the town centre. The neighbourhood is very friendly and calm, and everything you may need is in your surroundings, or can be easily reached by bike or car. The interior size amounts to 45 m2 and the balcony is 10 m2. It is located on the 1st floor.
The Apartment is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a lovely living room with a couch (which can be used as an additional sleeping facility for 1 person or 2 children), a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, all necessary dishes and utensils) with a dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a balcony perfect to enjoy a morning coffee, some sunbathing in the afternoon or a romantic glass of wine in the evening.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, parking, this apartment is an ideal place for couples or families to spend the holidays. There are also a shared garden and BBQ grill facilities at your disposal.
Everything you may need can be reached in just a few minutes. With the town center at a short drive or a lovely walk or bike ride near the sea away, plenty of beaches at reach in just a few minutes, some dining options, bars and shops in the neighbourhood, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.

There is plenty to see at just a short walk distance as the apartment is situated so that you can easily reach the Rovinj city centre or the nearest beaches on foot.
