We present a great apartment, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in an exceptional location; it is the Hacienda Cifuentes Urbanization, in the beautiful village of Benahavis, Malaga, which is characterized by its cobbled streets and panoramic views, besides being the perfect place to relax and enjoy the essence of Spanish culture.
Are you passionate about sports? Well, less than 10 minutes away by car you will find golf courses such as PG Golf & Sports Academy Atalaya, Higuera Golf, Atalaya Golf & Country Club or El ParaĂso Golf Club, in Estepona, among many others. But, things do not stop there, because you can also enjoy other activities in the area such as horseback riding, cycling or hiking through wonderful routes such as Agua de la montaña donata, the Acequia del Guadalmina Path or the Cañón de las Angosturas.
The most traditional Spanish gastronomy is available in restaurants such as Cortijo De CortĂ©s, ideal for events, La AlcarĂa de Ramos, whose star dish is the coconut prawns, or Villa Colina, with the best fish of the coast; and if you want to taste more international dishes, you can visit the Asador Tehuelche Grill Argentino or the Mini India Diana, all of them at an approximate distance of between 8 and 11 minutes by car.
On the other hand, if you feel like relaxing, there is no better place to do it than on beaches like Saladillo Beach, where you will find great beach clubs like PEPE\'S BEACH CHIRINGUITO, Guadalmansa Beach or Guadalmina Beach, where you can have a cocktail at the Chiringuito Sonora Beach, with DJ on weekends, the Playa del Sol Villacana, where you should not hesitate to have a drink at the Anantara By the Sea Beach Club, or the Playa de Linda Vista, where you can enjoy a good espeto de sardinas at the MarisquerĂa El Ancla.
And, as if all of the above were not enough, just 10 minutes away you will find the tourist attraction of Puerto Banus, as well as the center of Marbella, places where leisure and entertainment abound.
Now, leaving aside the location, as for the house that concerns us are its 115 mÂČ, fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, which make it an unforgettable stay.
The spacious living-dining room has smart TV, with access to international channels, speaker, sofa and a table for 4 people, as well as a large window that, in addition to allowing natural light into it, provides direct access to a private covered terrace with chill-out area and a dining table for 4 people, where you can enjoy the pleasant Mediterranean climate or an outdoor dinner overlooking the picturesque landscape of Benahavis. On the other hand, the kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster and coffee/tea maker, as well as basic kitchenware and a bar with 2 chairs, is also integrated in the same living room, in the purest American style.
The two bedrooms are tastefully decorated, offering comfortable beds, fitted closets and high quality bedding. One of the bedrooms, the master bedroom, has a double bed and a small round puff bed, while the other has two single beds.
Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, sink, toilet and fresh towels.
Last but not least, we must talk about the urbanization, and it has nothing more and nothing less than, with large gardens, with umbrellas and hammocks, where you can sunbathe on the coast, and with 4 outdoor pools (open 09:00-21:00, during the summer season and subject to availability variation) distributed among them, one of them infinity pool and another one a jacuzzi, plus, the latter, with a small cafeteria open from June until late September; because yes, we want you to have a choice! And, as extras, WIFI and air conditioning, as well as towels and bed linen, plus security cameras, integrated throughout the area, so that you, far from feeling at home, feel much better than at home.
