In an convenient location just 2 minutes walk to town, you will be within easy reach of shops, bars, restaurants and transport links. The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living space with balcony, modern bathroom, Wifi throughout and all the amenities needed for up to 5 guests a comfortable stay in the heart of Crawley. Free on site parking is also available.
The Space:
The contemporary interior is bright and spacious and has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The generous open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, 2 large sofas and a smart TV. There are large glass doors that lead out on the balcony, a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking). There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The comfortable double bedrooms both feature beds that will be made up with crisp hotel linen as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The modern and clean bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Free on site parking is also available.

Guests have sole access to the property for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located just minutes from the town centre, you are within walking distance of a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Crawley Train station is just 10 minutes walk away, with trains to central London taking just 30 minutes. Gatwick Airport is just a 10 minute drive away, or a 20 minute bus journey. There is a large Asda supermarket just 5 mins walk from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, the town is easily accessible on foot. There are a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner, and Gatwick Airport can be reached in 20 minutes by bus, or 10 minutes by car or taxi. Crawley train station is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment, with trains to central London taking just 30 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking).
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and canât be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
