The apartment is located inside the Residence Isola Rossa and offers a magnificent panorama: thanks to its hilly position the view can in fact range from Asinara to Corsica.
The strong point of the house is a wonderful and ventilated covered veranda where it is possible to enjoy dinners and aperitifs in front of unforgettable sunsets.
The large open space with equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy the sea view from every corner of the living room.
The house has a double bedroom with satellite TV, open space living room with comfortable double sofa bed and satellite SmartTV, mezzanine with a further 2 beds and skylight, bathroom, rear terrace and small outdoor space.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need: electric oven, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, blender, espresso and moka coffee machine, pots and pans, washing machine, drying racks, iron and board ironing board, high chair and cot, books and board games.
There are also safety equipment such as a small fire extinguisher and a first aid kit; Guests will also be able to find other commonly used objects at their disposal.
In the green common outdoor spaces it is possible to use a large stone table with a built-in barbecue.
