This single-storey, corner apartment offers an unobstructed exposure with maximum natural light.
It can accommodate up to 4 people, in a green and quiet setting you will find all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
The fitted kitchen: dishwasher, double-door fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker⊠will give you the possibility of preparing delicious meals. Open to the living room, it offers a friendly space to enjoy the company of others.
The living room has 2 comfortable sofas with a connected TV for your movie nights.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (160/200) with high quality TEMPUR mattresses, hotel quality duvets and pillows for a restful sleep.
The largest bedroom is equipped with an electric bed, it can be divided into 2 single beds (80/200) on request.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a removable wall for added convenience, as well as a hair dryer and towel dryer.
The garden (under development) offers a green outdoor space, ideal for relaxing, you will find a magnificent Brassero OFYR to delight your taste buds on mild summer evenings.
Equipment such as WIFI and the Ethernet socket offer a fast and reliable internet connection.
This accommodation entirely on the ground floor can accommodate a person with reduced mobility, although it does not comply with PMR standards due to the absence of certain facilities such as grab bars. (Contact us for more information)

Our animal friends are not allowed, with the exception of discussing directly with the owners.
