Traditional Mallorcan house located in the village of Pollensa with a charming internal courtyard with swimming pool.
The house is accessed through an entrance hall, which leads you via a small staircase directly into the open and cosy living room with sofas. On the right hand side is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. From the living room there is direct access to the patio with swimming pool, a private sun terrace and a dining table with barbecue area. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool. Directly from the patio there is a bathroom on the ground floor and a staircase leading directly to one of the bedrooms upstairs. This bedroom has panoramic windows with a beautiful view of the ochre rooftops of Pollensa. Inside, there is another staircase that also leads to the first floor. Here you will find two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

It should be noted that we have fibre optics with high speed internet to be able to telework.

IMPORTANT

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.


Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

Smoking is only permitted outdoors

Its perfect location makes it a privileged holiday home. However, we would recommend you not to use the car, as you will be in the centre of the village and only five minutes walk from the Plaça Mayor, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, cafés and a delicious ice-cream parlour.
For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. This beautiful village has also been chosen as a holiday destination by numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, British writer Peter Ustinov and many others.
The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is the small 18th century baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals are held in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.

At a distance of 6 km is the harbour of Puerto de Pollença in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other resorts in Mallorca, the coast is not fully developed with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafes and restaurants, clothes shops, supermarkets and doctors.
