Welcome travellers to our charming Mdina house with one of the only PRIVATE POOLS available in this location, nestled in the heart of historical beauty and enchanting atmosphere!
Immerse yourself in the traditional features of this house with added character & charm. The fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, & 2 comfortable bedrooms ensure your utmost comfort during your stay, also perfect for long/short term rentals.

Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials you need to prepare your meals. It features modern appliances, ample counter space, and utensils to assist you in creating culinary delights. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or indulging in a homemade dinner, the kitchen caters to your culinary needs.
Living area| Comfy sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube, etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Relax and unwind in the cozy living room, furnished with comfortable seating arrangements and a warm ambiance.
The ROOFTOP POOL & outdoor dining area included providing an idyllic ambiance for ultimate relaxation.
Bedrooms| 2 bedrooms, both with a double bed and an ensuite.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide are of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| Both bathrooms in our Mdina house are ensuite, meaning they are attached to the respective bedrooms. They are well-appointed, providing convenience and privacy for guests.

While Mdina is a pedestrianized city, you can find public transportation options nearby. The closest bus stops are just a short walk away, providing access to other parts of Malta. Buses offer a convenient way to reach nearby towns, beaches, and attractions.
If you prefer private transportation, there are taxi services available in the vicinity of Mdina. Taxis can be a convenient option for reaching destinations outside of Mdina or for personalized transportation needs.

Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
. Shower gels
. Liquid Soap
.Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
. Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
. Garbage bags
. Linens for the bed
. 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a Whats-App group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
