This spacious Victorian terrace house built around 1894 is perfect for large or small families coming together for reunion and large group of friends. The house is centrally located in the town centre with amazing choices of restaurants, bars and shops. The Majestic and hippodrome theatres all within walking distance. The Darlington national train station is only 30 minutes journey to nearby cities like York, Newcastle & Durham. It has everything you need for short or long-term stays.
The house is also a stone's throw from Darlington Memorial Hospital making it ideal for nurses and doctors.

This is one of the most luxurious service accommodations in Darlington, it's is beautifully decorated to a contemporary standard. The entire ground floor boasts of fully equipped kitchen with everything you need throughout your stay, such as washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and gas hob, toaster kettle and filter coffee machine. There is also a big dining area with a big dining table, that can comfortably seat 8 people or more. At the front of the house, we have a spacious and inviting living area which has two separate three and two-seater sofa chairs and a flat screen smart TV and free Wi-Fi. In addition, there is a WC on the ground floor.

As a team and family, we love hiking, visiting historical places, the theatre, and the experience of shopping and dining out together, The Old Tapas Bar located at 98 Bondgate is our favourite. If you share the same passion, you can find this only stepping stone away from our service accommodation, Paradise House, and much more.

The house is centrally located in the town centre, with local shops, and restaurants. There are two popular theatres in the area, the Darlington Hippodrome and the Majestic Theatre which was a recently restored Art Deco theatre, with venue space, bar, and lounge are only 5 minutes’ walk from the house.
The Darlington national train station is also a 30-minute quick link to other cities, such as York, Newcastle, and Durham.
Overall, the neighbourhood is a vibrant, peaceful, and safe environment.

Perfect for time away with friends

We were coming up to Darlington for a wedding had an amazing stay. Everything was spotless and the property was in a great location. Would definitely recommend.

There are more historic places to visit around Darlington than you may imagine. The town provides an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area which are enjoyable and relaxing for both adult and children. Below are some of the things to do and to see within easy travelling distance of Darlington. Head of Steam Darlington Railway Museum Darlington was the birth place of passenger railways. The Head of Steam has a number of steam trains on display, including Stephenson’s Locomotion. Darlington Hippodrome A full programme of shows and events like drama, comedy, children’s shows, dance and a wide range of music are available all year round. Hidden Gems of Darlington - Take a walk to an ancient packhorse bridge, discover some of the town's railway heritage or visit a hidden work of art.
