About Villa Aquarius

A delightful holiday villa located in a small park near the Rijsterbos and IJsselmeer in the Frisian village of Rijs. It is a beautiful base for sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, cycling, golfing, and culinary enjoyment. In short, an ideal place for groups, families, and loved ones for a wonderful holiday or weekend getaway!

The Space

The house is very spacious with an open character. The split-level layout ensures that the living areas are connected, enhancing the feeling of being together without getting in each other's way.

The large living room is furnished with a comfortable lounge sofa and a dining table that accommodates the entire group.

There is a separate playroom with an additional TV and a lovely, well-equipped play corner for the little ones, complete with plenty of toys, games, and books. The kitchen is another space to enjoy, cook to your heart's content, and gather together. Here, you'll find a smaller dining table, making this space a cozy area to relax as well.

The cherry on top is the game room for older kids, featuring a snooker table, a dartboard, and a foosball table.

On the ground floor of the house, you'll find 9 bedrooms with 14 beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a sink and shower. For the little guests, a crib and a high chair are also available.

There is a sheltered garden with lovely lounge sofas and a barbecue.

The house is fully equipped: the kitchen always has clean kitchen linens, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, salt, pepper, and olive oil. There are spare garbage bags for the waste, and you will always find enough coffee filters for the coffee machine. Kitchen paper is also provided. The toilets are stocked with enough toilet paper, soap, and towels.

The beds in the bedrooms are made, and each guest receives a towel set.
