COVID 19 SANITIZATION Health, safety, and well being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check out. ALARM SYSTEM WITH SECURITY CAMERA There is an alarm system connected with cameras in the common areas that will only be active when the property is vacant. These cameras are managed by a private agency to which we have no access. It's important to note that they will be disabled during the stay, ensuring no disruption to the privacy of guests. PETS ALLOWED Pets are allowed upon request. Please consult with us first regarding your pets. An additional fee of 200 EUR will be charged. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions you might have. The tourist tax of 2.2 EUR per person per night is not included. Need to be paid upon check in.
We recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful island of Mallorca. If you don't feel like driving during your stay, there are plenty of public transportation options in the area. Bus Taxi
