Downstairs

The house has a large comfortable living room with plenty of space for your friends and family to gather to watch TV, chat before heading out into the city centre, or relax in the morning after. The dining room is beautifully presented with an exposed brick wall and industrial-themed furniture, giving you an atmospheric place to eat and drink with your fellow guests. The kitchen is well equipped with all the crockery, glassware and cookware you need to cook up a storm, with everything you’d come to expect from an Airbnb; induction hob, large fridge-freezer, two kettles, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. We provide tea and coffee-making facilities, plus cleaning products. A downstairs bathroom offers additional convenience for you and your fellow guests.


Upstairs

Rest up in one of 7 bedrooms across the 1st and 2nd floors of the house. The rooms are beautifully decorated and configured to meet the needs of different guests. The accommodation includes two bunk rooms that can each sleep four people, four large double bedrooms and a tranquil single bedroom tucked away on the top floor. The house has all the bedding and towels you need to sleep up to 18 people. Two newly renovated bathrooms are stunningly decorated with white metro tiles and matt black fixtures.


Location

The house is ideally located just off the banks of the river Taff, 5 minutes walk from the train station and Principality stadium, and a few minutes further to the city’s main shopping areas and nightlife. In addition, there’s easy access to the Bay, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff City Stadium, and the universities, all within a 20-minute walk or a quick trip in a taxi.


Comfort

For your peace of mind, the property has a Ring doorbell and other Ring devices at the rear and front entrances. In addition, we have the usual smoke detection devices and alarms, fire doors and a first aid kit. Wifi is available throughout the house. A Hive thermostat controls the heating to keep you cosy.


Parking

We can provide our guests with two complimentary guest parking permits. These will allow you to park in any residence parking bays nearby.
