Welcome to the holiday home of owner Monica, Joe's beach house is a lovely, home from home, light and airy two bedroom cottage located very close to the sea.
Situated on Silversands Way, the location couldn't be better, it's why Monica, the owner fell in love with the house three years ago. A keen open water swimmer and water sports enthusiast being as close to the beach access as possible was key.

The lovely cottage is suitable for a group of 5 people (max 4 adults) plus infant. The house is seaside themed for your coastal getaway.

Enter through the composite red front door to a hallway with downstairs cloakroom and NEST thermostat for heating. Downstairs toilet & basin with shoe storage & extra cloak room storage, quirky coat hooks.

Open plan living space, wooden flooring throughout. Well-equipped kitchen including a large SMEG fridge-freezer, washing-machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. The lounge area has modern leather sofas, and fireside armchair. Smart TV, Disney Plus subscription for guests, sound bar for added movie feeling. Dining area has large table, 4 chairs. Under the stairs storage for books, airer, vacuum etc. Downstairs living space is versatile and bright, flexible layout for couples and families.

Bifold doors open onto a patio with table, 4 chairs and communal lawns. The cottage is close to the sea path and quiet, located near on-site amenities eg Leisure Centre, Shop, Pharmacy, Eatery and Pub.

Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms. The main bedroom has a new king size bed, double closet clothes storage, bedside storage and additional drawer/bureau storage, mirrors and hair drier. Smart TV with Disney Plus. Juliette balcony and a glimpse of the sea with views of Bempton cliffs. Fall asleep and awaken to the sounds of the sea.

The second bedroom has full-size twin beds, wall mounted TV with double closet clothes storage, bedside storage, additional drawer storage and hair drier. There is also an additional guest bed (small single) for a child only (optional extra).
This room has a lovely view over to Filey Brigg looking onto the coastal path. The King Charles III Coastal Path runs directly in front of the cottage, taking you either to Filey or Bridlington

Available for younger guests toy dolls, doll high chair and doll crib, playing bricks, play mats, books. Childrens coat stand, table and stools.

Family bathroom with bath and over bath waterfall shower.

This is a child friendly property with free to use Space travel cot (guests provide own linen), high chair seat, high chair, stair gate, children's plastic cups, bowls, plates, beakers, cutlery and some toys.
Everything you might need for a family getaway with younger children.

Between the two is a large family bathroom with a bath and shower over, toilet & basin.

There is free unlimited high speed WIFI throughout the property and a modern pop up work desk for working away or catching up on emails

With Smart TV's, sound bar for that movie experience and free access to Disney Plus.

The home would suit stays for couples and adults as there are Jigsaws, Local interest books, Novels by local authors and board games aplenty.

Strictly no pets allowed. The property accommodates those who prefer to stay in a property where pets have not been.

A well equipped cottage with an excellent cleaning team to ensure the highest standards. Under stair cupboard stores airer, ironing board, iron, vacuum and other essentials.

Excellent stay would highly recommend

Excellent few days at Joe's, the house is immaculately clean with everything needed for the stay. Beds very comfortable and the shower hot. Excellent WiFi and smart tvs. Perfect having the on site facilities without the extorinate pass price (as with some parks) and having to book in advance, could just turn up. Facilities clean and well maintained. Ideal location, close enough to amenities and beach path yet very quiet and peaceful. We encountered an issue and was resolved within 15 minutes, can't ask for any more than that. Would love to return. Thank you.

A lovely break at a great holiday home

Joe's Beach House is very comfortable, clean and well furnished - we had a lovely time. This is the best house we have stayed at on The Bay, and we would love to return.

Short Break away

First visit to the beach house, comfortable beds, quiet location and closer to the beach , had use of the pool,and the streaming service on the television was a bonus,will recommend and hopefully return at some stage

Comfortable house equipped with child friendly items.

Light and airy accommodation with comfortable beds, armchairs and a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of items available for children; toys, safety gate, cutlery and travel cot. My granddaughter of 5 months slept well in the travel cot. Ideally sited near the path leading to the beach. Immediate surrounds very well maintained.

Lovely place near to the beach

Great little house with everything you needed. The walk to the beach was steep but very quick to get to! Our Son loved the additional toys and books and me and my family made use of the games on offer (Boggle was a firm favourite!). Very nice touch it must be said! Would defo consider staying at the house again - when we got there we had an issue with a lack of bedding for our Son’s additional bed, however this was very quickly sorted! We have stayed at the Bay twice now (different house last year however), and in our opinion, the accommodation has been fantastic both times!

Beautiful weekend away

thank you so much for a lovely weekend at Joe's beach house. The location was perfect and we really loved the beach it was just beautiful. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for your stay . Mabel particulary loved the building blocks and dolls and the dolls cot to play with. We will definitely be returning hopefully soon. Thank you again for making our weekend fantastic I feel you go above and beyond to make peoples holidays that bit more special. Thank you

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

Everything happens for a reason …

After a heatwave we decided to book out usual camping place further up the coast but it was so sold out and thank goodness it was and we found this beauty! Kids want to sell the tent now and just come here. From the minute we drove onto the site it felt safe and like home. House had everything you could possibly want, plenty of utensils and crockery, games, Disney plus. And then the use of the lovely leisure facilities. Even though the weather was shocking we still had so much fun and are looking when we can come back. Our only slight negative was we found the pillows a little hard but we are fussy! The bed was very comfy though. If you book this you will not be disappointed

First time visit to Joe's Beach House at The Bay, Filey resort Stayed for 3x nights break end Jul/Aug. Mon-Wed. The 2x bedroom beach house was well kept with all necessary equipment provided for stay. Car parking space outside property Welcome pack with tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolates and non-alcoholic fruit drink Microwave, washing machine and dishwasher in kitchen area Laminate wood flooring throughout most areas. Carpets in bedrooms Multi channel TV in lounge and both bedrooms Bedding and towels supplied. Shower over the bath. Downstairs WC. Wi-fi Pub, cafe and pharmacy on site Grounds around the cottage well maintained. Communal refuse bins concealed behind screen located nearby Short walk to sandy beach and then a pleasant 45x minute stroll in to Filey beachfront Enjoyed the experience and I would recommend Joe's Beach House to family and friends.

Lovely break in Joes beach house

We had a lovely stay in Joes beach house. The cleanliness was 5star. Everything had been thought of . Had a slight door problem and Paula had it sorted in 30mins. We will definitely be back.
