In the Apartments House Anna with a swimming pool there is a studio apartment Anna A3 for up to 3 people. In one room there is a kitchen, one bed for two people and one bed for one person and a dining table and chairs.
The apartment is located in a building that has 2 other apartments and a separate apartment owned by the owner who occasionally lives in his apartment.
Guests have at their disposal a common summer pool for all apartments 10 x 4.5 m and a small pool for children 4 x 2 m located in the common yard of the land of 750 m2.
The apartment is located in a building with several apartments on the 1st floor with a private covered parking lot next to the building. The beach is about 1,500 m away, while the center of Poreč is about 3 km away, the beautiful historic center of Poreč and the city waterfront, Decumanus Street with dozens of shops and other attractions of the old town are about 3 km away. Plodine supermarket is 1 km away, hospital 3 km, pharmacy 3 km.
The apartment is about 33 m2 in size. The bathroom is 6 m2 in size, has a shower, a hair dryer and is modernly decorated.
The apartment has a TV, air conditioning in the bedroom and WI-FI device. There is big balcony.
The kitchen is richly equipped and has a microwave, stove with oven, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine, kettle.
The summer outdoor swimming pool is used together with other guests and next to the pool there are lounge chairs, a covered area with seating furniture and a fireplace, and a special barbecue for guests. Next to the swimming pool there is also a small children's pool 4 x 2 m in size.
The apartment was built in 2001. and it is newly renovated. The house contains three apartments for rent and the owner's apartment, which share the pool.
There is a washing machine on the ground floor for all apartments and it can be used with a payment of EUR 5 per wash, which is paid on the spot.
The apartment allows smoking and accepts pets at no extra charge, but swimming in the pool for pets is not allowed.
