Beautiful newly renovated Villa with pool, sea view, and a few minutes walk to Altafulla's most beautiful beach, Canyadell.

Welcome to this newly renovated paradise in Altafulla in the heart of the Costa Dorada. You have walking distance to the harbor and Torredembarra's mile-long beach or the picturesque village of Altafulla, which offers restaurants and tapas bars along the promenade. We have direct access to many walking and cycling paths, green areas, golf courses, vineyards, beaches, and cozy villages.

The house has a capacity for 10-11 people and offers a plot with olive trees and lawns, common areas, a private pool area, and several balconies.
The house has 3 floors. The Villa also offers a roof terrace with spectacular views over the mediterranean sea.

On the 1st floor, we have a fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge, a dining room with seating for 10 people, a living room, with a TV and fireplace, a toilet, a terrace with an outdoor grill, and access to the pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped: a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, and different coffee makers

On the 2nd floor, we have a master bedroom with a balcony and a private bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks. A children's room is directly adjacent to the bedroom.

On the 3rd floor, we have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. On this floor, there is a large terrace and balcony with a sea view plus a second terrace.

For those interested in sports, there is a ping-pong table, and 2 inflatable SUP boards to use.
